Terms of Use.
The rules for using the BrioBee website. Last updated October 5, 2026.
01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website (the “Site”), which is operated by BrioBee Marketing Agency (“BrioBee,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
02About the information on this Site
The Site gives general information about our services. Case studies, numbers and results describe work BrioBee performed or contributed to, are examples only, and do not guarantee future results. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or professional advice.
Any engagement with BrioBee is governed by a separate written agreement. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side, and a proposal is not binding until both parties sign.
03Using the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.
- Copy or scrape the Site at scale without our written permission.
- Use the contact form to send spam, unlawful or misleading content.
- Pretend to be another person or organization.
04Our content and intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, code, and the BrioBee name and logo belong to BrioBee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site, share links to it, and print a copy for personal, non-commercial use. Otherwise, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
05Third-party names, logos and content
Names, logos, photos and trademarks of clients, publications, creators and other third parties that appear on the Site belong to their owners. They are shown to describe our work and experience. Their appearance does not mean the owner sponsors or endorses BrioBee, unless we say so explicitly.
06What you send us
We use the information you submit to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or payment information through the contact form. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we take on no duty of confidentiality for ideas or materials you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to share them.
07Links to other sites
The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
08Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law permits, the Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, BrioBee and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to them or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11Changes
We may change or suspend the Site at any time, and we may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
