How BrioBee collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated October 5, 2026.
01Overview
BrioBee Marketing Agency (“BrioBee,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing agency based in New York, NY. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you acknowledge this policy.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name (optional), the services you’re interested in, your budget range and timeline, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and the date and time of each visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working properly.
Cookies and tracking. This site does not currently set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. If we add them, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
03Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The site’s typefaces load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Form delivery. Your inquiry is delivered to us by email, either through your own email app or through a form-handling service we use to pass messages to us.
- Other websites. Our pages link to other sites, such as client websites and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read them.
04How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
- Prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver our services.
- Operate, secure and improve the site.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Send you information about our services, only if you ask for it or the law allows, with an easy way to opt out.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or de-identify it.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Depending on where you live, for example California and other U.S. states, or the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to a copy of your data, the right to object to certain uses, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email info@briobee.com. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10International visitors
BrioBee is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
